Shauna is a trained, certified and experienced Stillbirthday Birth & Bereavement Doula

Stillbirthday doulas combine the benefits of both birth and bereavement support. Shauna provides compassionate, comprehensive emotional and practical care to families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. She has experience supporting early and late term pregnancy losses as well as infant loss.

Beyond Birth provides in person and virtual support through:

• medically challenging or terminal diagnosis in pregnancy
• during and after a miscarriage
• labor & birth at any gestational age
• elective or medical pregnancy termination
• immediate postpartum for mothers who’ve experienced pregnancy or infant loss
• NICU and other medIcal challenges
• subsequent (rainbow) pregnancies and births

Bereavement support services are provided to any parent or family experiencing the loss of a child, at no cost. This service is completely donation based and aims for continued no cost services and care for bereaved families, bereavement specific materials, community education and more.
