This comprehensive course provides information and resources  so you can follow a holistic, gentle parenting path from the beginning. Most importantly, you’ll feel confident and empowered in your choices! Holistic Baby Care is a 3 hour, in-person course with additional materials for home study. It is offered privately in your home or in our space in Chatham, NJ. 

Prepare for your birth with a private, customized childbirth education course in the comfort of your own home. Understanding the process of childbirth is so important for new parents and this class will leave you feeling confident and ready for the next steps of your parenting journey.  Childbirth Education is a 3 hour, in-person course with additional materials for home study. It is offered privately in your home or in our space in Chatham, NJ.

Thinking forward to bringing home your new baby can be overwhelming, especially if you don’t have much experience! This course will prepare you for those first days and weeks so that you can feel confident in your parenting skills from the very beginning. Newborn Care is a 2 hour, in-person course with additional materials for home study. It is offered privately in your home or in our space in Chatham, NJ.
