Holistic, family centered postpartum support. Shauna can guide and assist with postpartum recovery and comfort, nutrition, lactation support, infant care and feeding, parenting education and practical support at home. 

Hands on, in home support for birth recovery, newborn care, breastfeeding assistance and much more. Offering both daytime and overnight hours, allowing families to create a custom plan.

All Postpartum Services Include:

1 (90 minute) in-home postpartum planning session  

Lactation/breastfeeding support 

Unlimited text, email and phone support 

Educational, professional and community resources 

$45 Hourly, Daytime

$50 Hourly, Overnight
